Grass fed, grass/grain finished. Although we give our cattle a small, daily ration of grain 30 - 45 days before processing, they are ALWAYS on pasture with 24/7 access to grass and/or hay. They will never be given antibiotics or growth hormones. They will always be ethically and humanely raised.
