Each pasture raised NY Strip boneless is cut to 1.25" thick. Two per package, average 1 - 1.5 lbs. Price is per pound.
Grass fed grass/grain finished. Although we give our cattle a small daily ration of grain 30 - 45 days before processing they are ALWAYS on pasture with 24/7 access to grass and/or hay. They will never be given antibiotics or growth hormones. They will always be ethically and humanely raised.
