Grass-fed grass/grain-finished. Although we give our cattle a small daily ration of grain 30 - 45 days before processing they are ALWAYS on pasture with 24/7 access to grass and/or hay. They will never be given antibiotics or growth hormones. They will always be ethically and humanely raised.
